PRX Prosus NV

Prosus N.V. (PRX.AE) said Monday that it has increased the cash offer for the entire issued and to-be issued capital of Just Eat PLC (JE.LN) to 740 pence a share.

The Amsterdam-listed company said the increased offer values the U.K. food delivery company at around 5.1 billion pounds ($6.70 billion). Prosus previously offered 670 pence a share.
