French hotel group Accor SA's (AC.FR) Friday said it had completed the sale of its 49% stake in Groupe Lucien Barriere for EUR268 million.

MAIN FACTS:

- Accor and Groupe Lucien Barriere will continue to deploy existing synergies in such areas as procurement, Accor said in a statement.

- With the completion of the transaction, Accor no longer holds any stake in Groupe Lucien Barriere.
