One, I don't think we should start with the assumption that the company is for sale. The company needs to be profitable. If management was preparing the company for a near term sale, they wouldn't be building a European sales structure. I also doubt they would be entering into this many partnerships

Revenue multiples etc are very informative when somebody actually wants to buy the tech or the company. Unfortunately no one wants to buy Veri or is interested in Veri tech and why they are looking to raise capital for the 4th time in 2 years.
