Directors Notification of Interests

Independent Media Distribution plc ("IMD") announces that it received
notification yesterday that on 13 November 2003, Mr Charles Dunstone, a non-
executive director of IMD, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in IMD at a price
of 52 pence per share.

After this transaction, the interests of Mr Dunstone in IMD will amount to
4,004,961 ordinary shares, representing approximately 11.9% of the issued
ordinary share capital.
