Horwitz has joined the company as a Director of Corporate
Restructuring Services. Bringing more than 13 years of legal
experience to KCC, Jason will actively support the company's growth

Prior to joining KCC, Jason worked at a claims administration
firm where he provided legal administration solutions to clients
nationwide. He was a practicing attorney at leading law firms
including Perkins Coie LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jason's
key corporate restructuring representations include: Tower
Automotive, Exide Technologies, The Fleming Companies, United
Airlines, Inc., Foster & Gallagher, Humphreys Inc., Conseco,
Inc., Chicago H&S Hotel Property, LLC and Glazed Investments,
LLC.
Jason received his Juris Doctor from DePaul
University and his Bachelor of Arts in International
Relations from Michigan State
University. He is licensed to practice law in the state of
Illinois and was admitted to the
bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of
Illinois.
