AT&T 2003 Annual Meeting to be Held in Savannah, Ga. 
 
    BEDMINSTER, N.J., April 2 -- AT&T (NYSE: T) announced today that Savannah 
will be the site of AT&T's 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareowners. 
    AT&T's 118th Annual Meeting will be held at the Savannah International 
Trade and Convention Center, in Savannah, Georgia, on June 11, 2003, beginning 
at 9:30 a.m.  This will be the company's first annual meeting held in 
Savannah. 
    AT&T has more than 6,600 employees in the state of Georgia where there are 
approximately 35,100 shareowners who own more than 1.5 million shares of AT&T 
common stock. 
    AT&T expects to begin mailing its proxy statement for the shareowner 
meeting along with the company's 2002 annual report on or about April 17, 
2003. Shareowners of record at the close of business on April 17, 2003 (record 
date) are entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
