contract by a major third party staffing vendor to supply nurse
staffing services to one of the largest hospital chains in the U.S.
Under terms of the agreement, Crdentia will be drawing on its
expansive database of healthcare professionals to provide nurse
travel staffing services to medical facilities operating primarily
in the sunbelt region of the United States. The agreement includes
an initial two-year term, with an option to renew the agreement
every two years. Crdentia believes the annual volume of purchases
for outsourced staffing services from this contract offers an
opportunity to substantially increase annual revenues of the
