Photo-Scan Plc announces that it was informed on 16 October 2003 that Fortress
Finance Investment Inc. disposed on 350,000 shares in the Company on 15 October
2003.  Following this disposal Fortress Finance Investment Inc now holds
3,374,870 shares in the Company representing approximately 15.01 per cent. of
the issued share capital of Photo-Scan Plc.
