(b) Gary Sidorsky resigned from the Board of Directors of American Defense Systems, Inc. (“ Company ”) effective April 21, 2010. Mr. Sidorsky’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Sidorsky and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
