The Company received notification on 1 September 2003 that, following the sale
of 445,000 shares on 29 August 2003, INVESCO Perpetual High Income Fund now has
an interest in 19,584,999 Ordinary 10p shares of the company (representing
3.95%) registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited. This interest is
included in AMVESCAP PLC's aggregate holding of 62,889,234 shares (representing
12.68%).
