Looking at the tape there was more buys then sells when you factor the 130k buy around 10am & it drops 17%. That’s ridiculous

Ugly, as predicted… I do have dry powder coming in late August. Q-2 is due on August 14, of course Melvin will need extra time. He will get five days. But is known to go beyond that so who knows.

Asking because I work in a $100+ Billion-dollar industry that helps many people in the entire world that keeps people alive and seldom does big things get done on time.

I personally know a Billionaire that always strive to help the world, but timelines are often missed.

Melvin has done a lot for shareholders, compared to 99.9% of the OTC CEOS, like massive share structure decrease with no RS. Many more too.

Nimrods seem to have no integrity and have no problem trying to scare innocent investors from their shares.

I completely disagree with the way he runs this company, especially related to lack of information and not promoting the stock. Having said that the fundamentals are there in the long run, so yeah I think he’s a clown he doesn’t do anything on time ever. But in the long run, it do well.

So nowhere does Melvin say when the LOI was originally signed. Everyone spends a lot of time assuming. This could have been signed months ago, and Melvin saw fit to announce it in a PR on June 28th. Ya’ll oughta just relax enjoy the rest of your Summer. We can pick up this discussion after the 3rd quarter filings are in. Then we should have a better understanding of Melvin’s intentions. As that’s when he said he would have the infrastructure in place for CSCO GOLD…have a great day all.

Maybe you live under a rock. Look around the OTC and you will see a wasteland of bloated SS, petty lawsuits, debt ridden shells, expert market dead money, and fraud. It’s a sad state of reality on OTC. Veemost and ME stand out on transparency, revenue, filings, profitability, industry position, liabilities, pretty much any metric you could choose, Veemost is a better stock than 99% of the OTC.

If the due diligence doesn’t pan out it may not happen. Hopefully it does but better to buy something viable imo.

Melvin is a clown with a zero integrity. People with integrity do what they say. they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. Melvin has a serious personality flaw related to integrity. He makes statements and makes commitments, but please detail for me, all the times that he has performed on what he said he’s going to do when he said he was going to do it. All the quarterly reports, the annual reports, everything else. Melvin equates to zero integrity.

Melvin has a game plan . We are shareholders some want instant and some are patient . Very simple .

Nothing ever happens when Melvin says it’s going to happen, or states a date or a time period. I’m a business broker, something like this can never get done in 60 days. Everyone should set their expectations where they really ought to be. I’m going to say six months which means end of December.

Yep, get the LOI, still think Melvin will get it done as quickly as possible because he hasn't done things quickly. That's my reasoning, and if I'm wrong, still not selling!!! That being said, get it done within the 60 days as you said in PR Melvin!!!

A letter of intent by nature is a non-binding document spelling out basic terms of a potential merger or acquisition. In most cases, the letter of intent would have a term limit ( the 60 days) and is not a purchase contract. I would think that within that 60 day. They could put together a purchase contract but when you’re talking about over $10 million in annual revenues, too many moving parts and too much accounting work and prorations to close something like that within 60 days. Most likely the closing of the acquisition and or merger whatever it is, would take about six months in total.

So, Melvin is being dishonest? Is that what you're saying? Have you read his book? Didn't think so!!! IMO this merger will happen, and it may or may not happen within 60 days, but I guarantee one thing, Melvin would not have signed the LOI if he didn't think it would happen!!!
