You were told the last mechanic(auditor) was incompetent and replaced and that any work they did had to be totally redone.

I would imagine that since it was an on going SEC investigation of the Auditor, CNNA and their clients were lip locked until the investigation was complete.

And what other NEW NEWS could the company supply other then our new mechanic is working on it.

Prodigy health plus was completely up front what their part of the company they are.

They even went out of their way to try and tell us the progress THEIR SUBSIDIARY was making while the company sat in EM and what did they get for that effort?

They were treated like dirt.

They told us up front they had nothing to do with the Corporate side of the business and relisting, yet immature morons harassed them to SILENCE!

If you are invested here BE THANKFUL this management stayed they could have very easily thrown in the towel and moved to another cleaner shell.

I want to throw this out to everyone (well, almost everyone).

We are one week & 10 hours away from our Prodigy-is-awesome-and-we-will-answer-every-question Spaces meeting abt Prodigy. What if there are still zero filings? Zero reasons offered for no filings? Instructions not to even bring up CNNA at this "Prodigy only" event? Then just a happy-go-lucky rundown on Prodigy ... a company we cannot profit from and do not own.

What then? Is there anyone who is planning to attend, keep their mouth shut about CNNA, and be excited about whatever they are told? If so, why? If not, shouldn't we act collectively in some predetermined way?

Looking for serious input.

Maybe focus on getting it back..

Ever have a mechanic tell you your car will be done by Wednesday and you tell your spouse we should have the car back Wednesday but ends up taking to Friday? Would you call that lying to your spouse?

Be real here. The car was supposed to be ready three months ago. Over that time, the mechanic has called five times with five different tentative dates the car will be done. When the date comes, I get no car & no communication. A couple weeks later - with absolutely no mention of what happened the previous missed completion date - they offer another tentatively scheduled estimate. This happens over & over again, exactly the same. When I attempt to call them, no one ever answers the phone. If I go to the shop, it is always closed & locked.

Have they lied to me? I have no idea, as I do not know their intent. Frankly, I don't care if they have or not, as I know the mechanic is incompetent, rude, immature, unprofessional, and quite possibly a con.

This is a more accurate analogy of where we are right now with CNNA.

Due to events beyond our control, $CNNA had to retain a new auditor and resubmit all financials for review. That process is now nearing conclusion and we anticipate filing our Form 10 by the end of the month. Thank you for your interest and support.

Their auditors tell them they expect to be completed by EOM and they relayed that to you.

They can only tell us WHAT THEY THEMSELVES KNOW.

I completely agree with you. My issue is just how they have fail to communicate with us. I just hope they come back.

Forgot the hardest part, get a sponsored 211 form which is impossible with current CNNA situation. They need to find a market maker to sponsor them, take them on as a liability. They know no one will do this until they install real assets and business, not a ripped off company name with zero operations. Pretty simple.

You want to invest in a GOOD /TEAM COMPANY, you are in the wrong sector. This is crap and shoot companies territory . Limited resources high chance of failure.

This is the territory where you can get a 1000 to 10000 rate of return or easily lose everything in a blink of an eye.While a GOOD /TEAM COMPANY while safer but not immune from failure may give you a 20 percent rate of return if it is a good year.

This is a company that now carries the burden of proof of all the companies that have occupied this space before them.

Their part of the paperwork is a cake walk it is those that came before them is what holding up this process.

And how do we know they are if they are not communicating with us?

Did you believe the Cowboys were going to win the Super Bowl last year? Just like CNNA, they talk to much and tell people what they want to listen with no results. They might have few good plays but at the end it's the same crap every year.
Would you believe them if they tell you that this is their year and they will make sure to win the championship or would you just ignore them hoping this time it's the good one knowing that it won't be?
A good team/company doesn't come up with excuses. "We fucked up, sorry we will do better next time. This is where we stand and this is what we are hoping to achieve..."
No dates, no excuses and communication. That is why I am so upset. Because they don't say anything and when they do it's either a lie or an excuse.
