2050 Motors, Inc. hereby files this Form 8K to clarify erroneous and incomplete information distributed regarding
compensation given to its CEO, Vikram Grover. Year-to-date since his employment with the Company on March 5, 2019, Grover has received
cash compensation from his annual employment agreement of $25,178.75. Further, on August 26, 2019, Grover converted $25,000.00
of accrued compensation into 125,000,000 common stock equivalents (CSEs) in the form of 125,000 Series B Convertible Preferred
Stock.
