Citi’s Issuer Services business, acting through Citibank, N.A.
has been appointed by Jiayin Group Inc. (“Jiayin”), a Cayman
Islands exempted company with operations in China, as the
depositary bank for its American Depositary Shares (ADR)
program.
Jiayin’s ADR program was established in connection with a
US$42,262,500 initial public offering of its ADRs (with full
exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option),
priced at US$10.50 per ADR. The ADRs are listed on the Nasdaq Stock
