Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 20, 2018, Hanger, Inc. (the “ Company ”) announced the resignation of Kenneth W. Wilson, Executive Vice President of the Company and President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Prosthetic Supply, Inc., effective April 16, 2018. Mr. Wilson intends to pursue another career opportunity.
