Director/PDMR shareholdings - acquisition of shares
Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensing
solutions and measurement systems, has been notified that Melvyn
Segal (Chief Financial Officer), Ryan Maughan (Business Development
Director) and Stephen Parker (Non-Executive Director) have today
purchased in aggregate 14,603 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
