The resolution described in the AIM Admission document of
Fusion was approved at the EGM of the Company today.

The Chairman reported to the meeting that discussions
regarding Fusion's Cameroon application were progressing and
there had been satisfactory initial indications on the terms
and availability for the mobilisation of rigs to drill
offshore Mauritania.
