notification today that Michael Collins, Director, sold 690,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company on 17 December 1998 at 14.50p per share. On the same
date his Self Investment Pension Plan purchased 690,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company at 14.51p per share.
