To be clear … they have 4.8 billion shares that need to be absorbed into the market. 2.8 billion in series d and e shares and then the McRab equity financing (2 billion).

It can’t be absorbed here at .0003 so two things need to happen. TPT has to put up some decent progress in PRs (most likely ?) or do a small RS (less likely ?).

I’m guessing here but the bump in Os is most likely the series preferred share conversions. Someone wants their money. Most likely can only sell at certain times with approval of the company.

Most of what you say is true as of this moment. Who knows what will happen here. My question to anyone is “as long as all of us have been following this stock, who would want to be on the sideline after all this time and out of nowhere this blows up” One answer obviously is what do you have in your trading account that you can afford to sit for who knows how long or possibly even loose. If a person has some they can use like this, in my opinion at .0003 this is a no brainer. The only way anyone can loose at this point is if they do a premature RS which is doubtful. Could it drop to .0002/.0001, yes. Will it never get to .0003 again, sure it will. I know most here are under water on this one but anything at .0003 is simple math. Just my opinion but at .0003 there is almost zero risk. Again that is my opinion, not fact. In my mind this is two different plays, the ones I have had for years and the ones as of late. I did extremely well last time when Thall was constantly telling us how stupid we were. Glad I had a bunch of shares that time (wish I would have sold 100% though lol). Anyway I am not saying this will be a repeat although the possibility does exist. Last time my average was .0032, that is already a 10X from here. The OS difference sucks big time but not so bad excellent news couldn’t overcome from these prices. Just thinking out loud for what it is worth. GLTA TPTW

Well if they get that running with the soccer and maybe a few more sports activities this fall.. I would agree it’s a great feature. And def revenue generating. But the PR stating exploring the feasibility just seems like they are just starting … meh. We shall see
