      There is NO hope here.

      The SEC has already filed to revoke the stock. That is it. They can't come back from that, even if they were to file all the delinquent SEC filings before the deadline, as the crime has already been committed.

      Once the stock is revoked, the stock can not trade anywhere. Even on the "expert" market.

      Shareholders have lost 100% of their "investment".

      Sorry, but that is not how it works. The SEC is REVOKING the registration. Once that happens, the stock is done. The shares will be legally prohibited from trading anywhere, even the so-called Expert Market. It will be done. Period.

      All you money will be lost. Forever.

      So sorry. Thanks for playing! Too bad you didn't learn the rules before you paid the money to play.

      Bill I believe in God also, have prayed for you a couple of times. I was impressed to buy quite a few MXSG, immediately to the expert market (?) Soon; all late fees will be paid and back to the OTC.

      I don't have private level subscription to answer your last personal post to me. The following was what i tried to post the other day

      Asked the Almighty for healing and if it was not his will, what am I overlooking ...reminded of apostle Paul's thorn in the flesh and the LORD'S answer.."my grace is sufficient.". .and yet I persisted in prayer. His answer, undeserving as I am, has been holistic meds. Via National Library of Medicine web site I crossed referenced herbs, spices etc., that providentially have opened my eyes to the wonderful amazing healing properties in the plants He's already created. My Cardiologist, Endocrinologist, Vascular Surgeon's as well as GP are all impressed in the results, because total blood labs don't lie. I'm in the normal range...A1 c ...5.5. This is the 1st yr in last +10 yrs- no surgeries. Praised God!

      Argonaut told you the results were bad?

      That's not what Don and his other bully friends were saying. While PT was cashing in, selling blocks of shares and waiting 30 or 40 days to disclose each sale to investors. It was a sordid mess.

      The drill results were bad. Agree.

      Not only that, but Mexus issued a PR skewing the drill data in a fraudulent manner, averaging selected thin intervals from drill holes hundreds or even thousands of meters apart. And then the story (from people like Don) was that Argo backed out of any further drilling, not because the drill results were bad, but because Argo had other projects to spend the money on. Well, I am sure they did have other projects to spend the money on.....but the decision was an easy one, based on the absolutely dismal drill results.

      Mexus is dead, and many people lost a lot of money due to the lies and hype of the bullies and enablers surrounding PT (some of the names you mentioned)

      The drill results were bad. Agree. That is what I had remembered. The guys at Argonaut decided to pull out after the results. The deal was not favorable to Mexus as it stood.

      Also agree that in mining deals are made with scams. That does happen. Shoot the mining world is filled with scammy people.

      I was simply saying that in my view and My experience with Argonaut, and the people there at the time as a legit mining company, I simply do not believe THEY would do that. But I guess you would say that the leadership of Mexus scammed Argonaut also. Guess anything is possible.....

      In any case things do not look good for Mexus it seems. I had not checked in many years but thought I would given Gold's price rise. Resources not valuable at lower gold prices become valuable at higher prices and I couldn't remember the grade and width here....seems for the moment they are not existing or functioning. I do not want to be in the penny stock pump world. I invest in miners. Mostly bigger......

      Would still like to hear from any of the old timers if they see this......Gary, WXdog, Rich2 , Miss Ellie, Dino, is Don Phillips still in this one?

      In junior mining, deals with scams happen ALL THE TIME. It isn't about the property, but how it is promoted and presented.

      In Argonaut's case, they did drill. The results were AWFUL. But Mexus presented the results as AWESOME by lying. IIRC, they eliminated the bad data from the results they presented to the public and instead insinuated (at best) that the intersections were continuous, higher grade and lengthy rather than short, widely scattered and low-grade.

      That is what scams do. And that is what Mexus did.

      Nah, I do not think a company like Argonaut would do a joint venture with a scam. When I corresponded with Argonaut back then the deal they made with Mexus was not very good for Mexus. But that's the way it goes when you aren't the one with the money. My remembrance is Argo did a few drill holes on the property and were not pleased with the results and so did not keep the deal. Could be wrong but that is what I am remembering. Made me think the Mexus property was not as good as being spoken of but not a scam. It has been a very long rough bear market for gold and silver juniors so they very well may have gone under and bankrupt. I was just curious if it was still active and trying to do something.......

      What I believe, I know the gold they have(know some that have been to the mine) financing to keep going = broke

      Not sure if 100% correct. Recently read something about Mexico not allowing outsiders to mine anymore. MXSG was already mining and testing
      for the best extraction process and already had a permit Don't know how that pre-existing permit will effect all things.

      then why has Thompson abandoned Mexico (for almost 3 years now) and spent the last few years full time preparing for his escapades in Alaska?

      Also, according to the snippets of the Mexican court documents (sonora), Thompson et al. (including you and me as sharehodlers) were kicked out of St. Elena. Remember the spanish-language court summaries that identified Paul D. Thompson as one of the defendants in the dispute over the property? And the spanish-language summary clearly stated that if Thompson failed to show up to answer the charges, the court would default to the plaintiff's position? Do you honestly think that in the midst of all these preparations for abandoning Mexico and moving on to Alaska, Thompson actually appeared in the Sonoran courts in order to present "his" case? And if he did, would this not be a material event requiring a public announcement?

      We were taken by a bunch of frauds and, frankly, evil people.

      You are the classic "true believer", refusing to ever see the light. You are a necessary cog in the machinery of scams and stock frauds. And you play the part perfectly, just as you are doing with that other blatant fraud Spooz. Congrats

      On Friday Aug 2 MXSG filed the 10 K Annual report( if you are not a going concern why pay the cost to file a 10K annual report ?, required like they stated to come off the "expert board" and start trading again)

      Soon (maybe in a month or two) MXSG could be trading again

      Just watched Chris Kelly on BSG fumble and stumble with his new MEXUS/Wildcat mining crawler suction dredge. Of course, the clown only managed to get 4.5 OZ for the entire winter. Makes you wonder why Mexus would waste all that money and team up with that idiot. They could have covered the filing cost easy with the money wasted on the crawler.

      I know they are still trying. My account never previously showed shares bought, that morning it did. Mistake , I do not know. Believe they have a pre-approved permit that will work, even thought MEXICO might take over all future mining I got too excited. A little more patience required for me.
