Pete has access to credit line for three years since IPO. He has already placed several loans. If grab bags bring positive news, and drilling at RRC starts, plus suitable partner aligns, this could move up to a $1 stock and perhaps even $5. That is a nice return to speculate on. Let us hope that the stars have aligned for liberty star. A year from now and perhaps sooner we will know more.

So far I think they are reporting "channeling results" from Red Rock.

For an idea of what is considered "good quality", According to the World Gold Council, larger and better-quality underground mines contain around 8 to 10 g/t gold, while marginal underground mines average around 4 to 6 g/t gold. Open-pit mines usually range from 1 to 4 g/t gold, but can still be valuable.

Any idea if this is a lode deposit and placer deposit?

And.....another toxic note. Seems somebody knew an 8k was coming, broke down through $0.30 barrier v. early today before it came out. Hmmm....

Thousands of feet of drilling and no discovery. They need to put a good spin on it......geological knowledge gained, allows models to be fine-tuned, etc. and hope that investors are sophisticated enough to understand. And patient enough.

Or issue a crypto coin or NFTs.

I wish we could at least see the hand-held device results from the channel sampling at RRC. Realistically, I don't think the company would release those and will only wait for actual assays.

Personally, RRC gold would be nice, but Briscoe's thesis was about Copper, and lots of it.

Actually that is rising star's post in response to an article that kicked off posted. But the article is worth reading because it suggests that need for copper is growing as less copper is being mined. Maybe more eyes to LBSR and Hay Mountain but probably needs good results on the next phase of drilling to attract a potential partner.

Wow, lately I've been more excited anticipating the gold situation at Red Rock Canyon, but the article you posted sure sounds like it could bring a lot of attention to Hay Mountain's copper. Let's hope the second phase planning is near completion and funded (if it's not already), and that the new drilling hits those "richly mineralized" bodies nearby. I wish we could see how that latest $45,000 loan from PO breaks out in paying for: 1) planning stage for deeper and angled holes at HM, 2) starting to actually drill those holes 3) ongoing field channel sampling at RRC and 4) assays on the earliest RRC channel sampling that was "initiated" on March 5th.

Sounded like they are still going to change the board after they fix the 8 or so flaws. I hope it's better after that.

That board is back up in old format.

The other board has a Sunday apology, a note that for now they'll revert to old format and a promise to fix 8 easily fixable flaws. It did not come up on the actual board for me, but on a link that Jeff sent me Friday. Hoping for the best.

"Somebody must have good information from the hand held device" Interesting possibility. Let's hope that the info becomes more formalized with assay results. Every time Pete invests in the company this way, it lessens the chance that more shares have to be released. That helps us too.

I think if we had unlimited funds, we could continue drilling both new separate holes plus the angled holes mentioned in the news release, and we would 100% find excellent mineralization. (I think) But we don't have unlimited funds so not sure when the new phase of drilling mentioned can continue. Looking forward to news on the channeling at Red Rock Canyon. Would love tobe privy to any hand-held device results there.

From one of the most honest posters at Agoracom/lbsr; he does not encourage you to buy or sell(your decision) just presents facts as he sees them.

Could anything else be said? I don't think so. They missed the target but still have enough evidence to suggest they will not abandon the project. But no explorer ever says that anyway.

I am sure the RRC results will require a re-evaluation of both projects, possibly to prioritize one over the other, so in my opinion, there will be no more news about drilling until then.

curious what everyone thinks today about the news today: A 12 % drop towards the end of the day tells me that impatience played a part. When an insider sold some folks panicked. Then an insider loaned some(probably had a rough idea of what they were going to report)

My take is it is: only the first hole and it gives information to the geologist( who was previous very excited) for information and where/how to drill the next one.

Nothing said about channeling results at RRC, I have read where many believe Arizona is the most mine friendly pace on the planet. Drilling and analysis is very time consuming and expensive; and I for one am still excited

Good for you and I hope you did get it at or near the bottom. Crying over spilt milk here, but wish I would have not bought at .56 and could afford to get a few at these prices. But I got a bunch at .056, so I will count myself lucky!
