Just got an email from DOCKETBIRD that they finally are closing out the lawsuit and Findley lost.. my guess are those shares sold to close out and cover any possible costs.. who knows at this point.

The company filed a form 15 , 5 or 6 weeks ago. That means they are voluntarily asking to become a non public company or to stop trading. I believe that means they have no plan to file anything nor to get current. I posted at that time that I called the company multiple times and got no answer...no matter what extension I pressed it went to Findley voice-mail. I also sent emails, no response. Why anyone is still buying shares is beyond me. I am not a financial expert...just a dude. Please research the form 15 for yourself, call them yourself and make your own decisions.

Very few .0001s being sold. Mostly "buys" at .0002 the last couple of days. 0001s that are selling is due to MMs trying to convince folks to sell at .0001. Hopefully we get some news soon from the company and the PPS takes a little jump. Who knows? IMO
