I agree with you ... this will take time... they haven't filled the application yet for 510 based on the recent filling. thinking another 18 months+ for anything substantial to happen.

3 billion shares at the current price .006 is still only an 18 million market cap… still seems cheap w the potential here. The problem is time… and delay… who knows how the October 7 attack delayed the already slow new to market process. Good stash as part of your 401k portfolio maybe.

I'm thinking about this more on the market cap and share structure side rather than PPS... many factors could affect PPS the biggest being the pending RS.

I think if you look at the product and the market size and Invisalign things could get interesting... IF they can successfully roll out and execute. Which is always a big IF... but potential seems to be there!

They raised over 5 Million dollars by selling only equity. No debt.

They didn't even have enough authorized to do such..yet they still pulled that off. That's not easy. When the S-1 goes into EFFECT...all those warrants and options can be purchased and the money below the strike goes to the Company. When they need a large raise...it will be after the consolidation and/or after share appreciation. Using what you "only" need is always prudent.

If they knew they were going to need more than $5 mill wouldn’t they just have raised more to begin with ?
