Given the beat down, its nice to see a company step up with a buy back of stock.

Looks like the threat of delisting and RS trumps the nice revenue increase.

6m profit fins.,I loaded .1767 on dump,very common pullback,should dbl by next week,we shall see,zero borrow but 70k need to go before true zb and fee needs to go up(it’s only 9%) could start demand chase up when death hr ends 11:30

Stock is set to set a new daily recorded volume.
It's already over 150M shares traded in pre-market trading. This is going to be a runner here this week as it gains support.

Dilution. Right after Joe La Rosa hinted at stopping dilution he made the worst possible financing deal imaginable. There is a possibility of 170,000,000+ shares that could potentially be added to the float now... Some of the most toxic dilution I've seen in a while. It shows utter incompetence and complete lack of care for shareholders.

This is the La Rosa family's bank account. It keeps them high on the hog without much need for work. The market evidently knew this for quite some time, and is probably why this stock never holds gains and almost always goes negative on any pump and "good news."

Earnings report also were disappointing. Expenses are skyrocketing, while all Joe seems to care about is "more acquisitions".....

IF by some miracle it's not a scam, they are building themselves a business off the back of shareholders and now they are obviously going to wipe out all shareholders while keeping their business.

just wondering why this pps dropping , is it because of the poor real estate market now ? do you think with this new president and the possibility a better economy the real estate market will be a lot better. It seems over the past years La Rosa always bounces back, appreciate any info or remarks.

Exactly... These guys are addicted to easy money and not enough to actual work. Endless expansion at this time is a red flag. This is the worst real estate market in 30 years... Real estate prices have yet to reflect this reality. They should be buttoning down the hatch and consolidating towards profitability or at least sustainability. Expansion should come after the prices have normalized.

If there was an equivalent of 10 braincells among the 2 ppl running this thing, this stock might actually have a chance... but with these two at the helm, this will never maintain 1$ minimum bid. Way too much overhead supply. Looks like its going to remain deficient and will be de-listed soon... unfortunate... Some ppl just can't get out of their own way.
