Why? Because I call out BS when I see it. My comments won’t impact the share price anyway so I call it the way I see it.

They put a t in the filing so it is certainly a possibility and they did the same thing with MJ Link. Nobody wants to buy these companies so Ken has to create the illusion that they are being bought.

Why aren’t you actually examining this possibility? It is in the filing. Read it.

Someone forgot the WDLF is an unaudited and alt-reporting OTC company. I don't find any reference that the OTC reporting company has to do a 30-day quiet period.

If there is any reference, please do post that OTC reporting companies have to do 30-day quiet period.

Due to some psychopath pumper(s) (Inspector Turd) who have never posted any DD or facts of them being a bull or bullish, I stopped posting but I thought its important to remind everyone that WDLF is no longer audited and SEC filer.

I am bear and will remain bearish until something bullish materializes by Ken. Inspector Turd, a psychopath pumper is bullish because he/she/their/their is/are BULLSH*T.

All my opinion and no one is supposed to construct any feedback from my opinions.

All Publicly, Traded Companies in the US, regardless of
how they chose to file 10-K's & 10-Q's !!!

From the supplemental filing it looks like WDLF may be purchasing both LikeRE and Outdoorsman. The language seems to imply that. Same as what they did with MJLink. These are companies that Ken created originally. So he creates these companies then rolls them back and forth, first on their own then back under the WDLF umbrella. I think this may be the case since he has yet to do a liquidity event. WDLF purchasing them certainly would not represent a liquidity event in my opinion. We shall see what the next 90 days brings but I am not holding my breath on a legitimate liquidity event.

(Share Issuances of LikeRE.com Inc., and Outdoorsmen.com, Inc. to Decentral Life, Inc.)
Pursuant to the License Agreement dated January 1, 2018 as later amended on September 30, 2022 between
Decentral Life, Inc. (“Decentral Life’) and LikeRE.com, Inc. (“LikeRE”) (the “Agreement”), LikeRE is required to
issue a fee equal to 15% in the form of LikeRE’s Class A Common Stock issuable no less than 90 days prior to
LikeRE going public or being acquired/merged with one or more companies. In connection with LikeRE’s recent
commitment to Decentral Life of LikeRE being acquired by Decentral Life, 15% of LikeRE’s Class A common
stock was issued Decentral Life on July 3rd, 2024.

Pursuant to the License Agreement dated May 1, 2023 between Decentral Life, Inc. (“Decentral Life”) and
Outdoorsmen.com, Inc. (“Outdoorsmen”) (the “Agreement”), Outdoorsmen is required to issue a fee equal to 15%
in the form of Outdoorsmen’s Class A Common Stock issuable no less than 90 days prior to Outdoorsmen going
public or being acquired/merged with one or more companies. In connection with Outdoorsmen’s recent
commitment to Decentral Life of Outdoorsmen being acquired by Decentral Life, 15% of its Class A Common Stock

This is just my guess; Judging from previous time-frames, I don't think
it will show up in the 2nd Qtr. However, I do think there could be
a supplemental reference to it, and that it will definitely
show up on the books, . in the 3rd Qtr Report !!!
