Rodocanachi Capital Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ROD.P) announces that its Corporate Secretary has received a notice from certain shareholders holding an aggregate of 1,380,000 shares of the Company, requesting that the Board call a special general meeting of the Company's shareholders, for the purpose of electing new directors.

The Company's Board of Directors intends to comply with the notice and call the requested meeting in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act (Quebec) and within the delays set out therein. Further details shall be released in due course.
