While some statistics will not be surprising, others detailed in this infographic will not be too sweet when it comes to dental bills. Statistics show ninety-six percent of American children ages six to eleven will consume candy each year, with little difference in consumption across age groups. These treats might leave a sweet taste in your mouth, but sugar sometimes produces elements that can produce dental plaque.
