Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas: Drilling Started Offshore Guyana

Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd. (EOG.V) on Friday said drilling
operations have started at the Jethro-Lobe prospect on the Orinduik
block, offshore Guyana.
The energy company is exploring the block with partners Tullow
Oil PLC (TLW.LN) and Total E&P Guyana BV, a subsidiary of Total
S.A. (FP.FR), which hold working interests of 60% and 25%
respectively. Tullow is the operator.
Eco said it is fully funded for its share of up to six potential
exploration or development wells on the Orinduik Block in addition
to the Jethro Lobe and Joe exploration wells, as announced in
June.
