Dow Jones News
The chief operating officer of foreign exchange and emerging
markets at Morgan Stanley (MS) has resigned, according to people
familiar with the matter.
Martine Bond will be on gardening leave until she joins State
Street Corporation (STT), those people said Thursday.
Ms. Bond joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 from JP Morgan as global
head of FX prime brokerage. She was promoted to COO in March 2011.
It is understood a successor at the U.S. bank has yet to be
announced.
Both Morgan Stanley and State Street declined to comment. Dow
Jones Newswires couldn't reach Ms. Bond for immediate comment.
