State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the investment management arm
of State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) and the largest
institutional fund manager in the world, announced today the
publication of its first proprietary research report developed in
conjunction with the Wharton School and written for financial
advisors and other investment professionals. The report series is
entitled "Evolutionary Wealth Management." Co-authored by
Knowledge@Wharton-- the online research and business analysis
journal of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania--
the report is the first in a quarterly series of reports intended
to improve the quality of, and access to, practical wealth
management research and intelligence for financial professionals.
The first edition focuses on educating financial advisors about the
challenges high net worth (HNW) retirees may face and strategies
for advisors to use with their HNW clients to successfully meet
those challenges. "State Street Global Advisors' Evolutionary
Wealth Management reports seek to provide financial professionals
with actionable insights they can use to cultivate and enhance
their businesses," said Greg Ehret, co-head of SSgA's Advisor
Strategies group. "Our new research report series is an example of
SSgA's out-front thinking on the trends and issues affecting
investors today, as well as our dedication to providing financial
professionals with the tools they need to meet their customers'
