greater Chicagoland with the title sponsorship of the Green Tie
Ball, one of Chicago's most
celebrated charity events.
The 21st annual OfficeMax Green Tie Ball is hosted by
nonprofit organization Chicago Gateway Green, which is dedicated to
greening and beautifying Chicagoland's expressways, gateways and
communities. The marquee event will be held Sept. 15 at A. Finkl & Sons, 2011 N.
Southport in Chicago.
OfficeMax has a strong business presence in the Chicagoland
area, with headquarters in Naperville, and 45 stores and two distribution
facilities in the immediate region.

This year's event theme is "Alice in Wonderland", and OfficeMax

Frog & Snail, Province, GT Fish & Oyster, Frontier and
Public House. Entertainment during the gala will include a special
performance by Red Moon Theatre, live music from Chicago cover bands Dr. Bombay and South of 80, as well as deejay sets
by Pete Wentz and DJ Rock City. A
separate casino tent will feature roulette, blackjack and craps, as
well as a silent auction. Winnings from the casino games will go
towards tickets for the raffle. The event will be emceed by ABC7's
"Windy City LIVE!" co-hosts Valerie
Warner and Ryan Chiaverini.
OfficeMax will also host a photo booth at the ball.
