( 1)  Includes 2,608 shares the reporting person received as part of the Company's quarterly dividend paid on September 21, 2009 and December 21, 2009.
( 2)  In addition, 4,147 shares are held by his wife, which includes 147 shares received as part of the Company's quarterly dividend paid on September 21, 2009 and December 21, 2009.
