Kohl's Corporation (NYSE: KSS) reported today that sales for the four-week period ended April 30, 2005 increased 18.7 percent over the four-week period ended May 1, 2004. On a comparable store basis, sales increased 8.0 percent. For the first quarter ended April 30, 2005, total sales were up 15.2 percent over the quarter ended May 1, 2004. On a comparable store basis, sales for the fiscal quarter increased 3.7 percent.
