Healthcare Realty Trust Announces Approval of Financial Reporting Amendment to Unsecured Credit Facility NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated (NYSE:HR) today announced that the Company has received approval from the requisite number of syndicate banks to amend a financial reporting covenant in its unsecured credit facility due 2006. The amendment extends the period in which the Company has to comply with certain financial reporting requirements until November 30, 2005. Healthcare Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust that integrates owning, managing and developing income-producing real estate properties associated with the delivery of healthcare services throughout the United States. As of March 31, 2005, the Company had investments of approximately $1.9 billion in 246 real estate properties or mortgages, totaling approximately 12.6 million square feet.
