LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Effective April 1, 2008, or as contracts permit, Air Products (NYSE:APD) will increase prices on liquid and bulk helium by a minimum of 20 percent for merchant customers in North America.
