SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sanmina-SCI Corporation (NASDAQ:SANM) is calling today for the full redemption on March 20, 2006 of its 10.375% Senior Secured Notes due January 15, 2010 (the "Notes"). The aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Notes is approximately $28.5 million, which amount may be reduced if additional Notes are submitted in the tender offer made by Sanmina-SCI for the Notes which expires at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on February 28, 2006. The CUSIP numbers for the Notes being called for redemption is 800907 AF4 and 800907 AE7. Upon redemption, holders of the Notes will receive the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date, plus the make-whole premium. The Notes will be automatically redeemed in full on March 20, 2006, and no further interest will accrue. A Notice of Redemption is being mailed to all registered holders of the Notes.
