Old Dominion Freight Line Announces $0.20 Per Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (Nasdaq: ODFL) today announced
that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend
of $0.20 per share of common stock, payable on December 15, 2021,
to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1,
2021. This dividend represents a 33.3% increase over the dividend
paid in December 2020.
