VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (NASDAQ: MEOH)(SANTIAGO: Methanex) will be presenting at the upcoming CIBC World Markets 11th Annual Institutional Investor Conference being held February 20-23, 2008 in Whistler, British Columbia. Mr. Ian Cameron, Methanex's Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will speak to investors on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at approximately 10:35 a.m. PST (1:35 p.m. EST).
