Other Events

On November 6, 2008, HouseValues, Inc. issued a press release announcing its name change to Market Leader, Inc. The name change will be effective on November 10, 2008, along with the Company’s new NASDAQ ticker symbol “LEDR” and new CUSIP number 57056R 103. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
