There should be a clause in the Private Placement Memorandum. That you can't guarantee a buyer. Can you check?

RD What I notice is that if the inventory cycle is reduced from 15 to 10 days the value of the tokens almost double. At first glance that seems surprising.

Fair Value = Intrinsic Value = EPS x P/E = 9.35 x
