The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP) today announced that ADP and Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) have signed an agreement for the license of the ADP-developed Ford Automated Card Everyone (ACE) solution.

Under terms of the agreement, Ford Motor Company will contract directly with Ford and Lincoln Dealers for the ACE Program, which includes the ADP-developed Ford-specific version of the Vehicle Inspection Application.

Ford has begun a national roll-out campaign by region to introduce the ACE program to Ford regional personnel and ADP Ford/Lincoln Dealers. Five ADP pilot dealers are installed and have been using the ACE solution for over five months. ADP is currently the only Dealership Solutions Provider (DSP) who has completed Ford ACE certification.
