--TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC and Liberty Global PLC's Virgin Media are in early discussions to share the cost of high-speed broadband networks, the Telegraph reports.

--The deal, which would allow TalkTalk to lay fiber optics in Virgin Media's underground ducts and vice versa, would accelerate their respective broadband plans and add pressure on BT Group PLC, the newspaper says.
