CALGARY, Sept. 5, 2017 /CNW/ - Secure Energy Services Inc.
("Secure" or the "Corporation") (TSX – SES) is pleased to announce
the appointment of Allen Gransch as
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development effective
September 5, 2017. Mr. Gransch joined Secure in
September 2007 and has served as the Corporation's Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since
December 2012.
In his new role Mr. Gransch will be responsible for all
corporate development, including Secure's significant organic
capital expenditure programs and acquisition opportunities, and
will also continue to lead the Corporation's investor relations
initiatives.

Secure's early stages and will continue to guide our strategic
growth plans," said Rene Amirault,
Secure's Chief Executive Officer.
Secure is also pleased to announce effective September 5,
2017 the appointment of Chad Magus as Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Magus joined Secure in June 2014 and most recently served as the
Corporation's Vice President of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining
Secure, Chad spent over 10 years
with an oil and gas exploration and production company in a variety
of finance, accounting and financial reporting roles and prior
thereto was a senior accountant with KPMG LLP. Mr. Magus is a
Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of Saskatchewan.
In his new role, Chad will be
responsible for Secure's accounting, finance, internal audit and
corporate reporting functions.

In addition to the above appointments, Secure is announcing the
following changes to its executive team, effective September
2017. These changes support Secure's commitment to
continuously develop and mentor its employees while promoting
personal growth and cross development in other areas of the
organization. These changes are as follows:
- Corey Higham, Executive Vice
President of Midstream will transition to EVP of Processing,
Recovery & Disposal;
- Dave Engel, Executive Vice
President of Processing Recovery and Disposal will transition to
EVP of Technical Services;
- Dan Steinke, Executive Vice
President of Corporate Development will transition to EVP of New
Ventures & Government Affairs; and
- Mike Mikuska will join Secure's
Executive team as EVP of Commercial & Transportation. Mike
joined Secure in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in
commercial, transportation and pipeline operations.

focuses on providing products and systems that are designed for
more complex wells, such as medium to deep wells, horizontal wells
and horizontal wells drilled into the oil sands. Production
services focuses on providing equipment and chemical solutions that
optimize production, provide flow assurance and maintain the
integrity of production assets.
Onsite Services Division ("OS"): The OS division provides
services that include pipeline integrity services (inspection,
excavation, repair, replacement and rehabilitation), demolition and
decommissioning, reclamation and remediation of former wellsites,
facilities, industrial properties, and environmental construction
projects (landfills, containment ponds, subsurface containment
walls, etc.); Integrated Fluid Solutions ("IFS") which include
water management, recycling, pumping and storage solutions; and
Environmental services which provide pre-drilling assessment
planning, drilling waste management, remediation and reclamation
assessment services, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material
("NORM") management, waste container services, and emergency
response services.
