On July 3, 2017, Mr. Junping Sun, resigned from his position as Chief Investment Officer of China Information Technology, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Sun’s resignation was due to personal reasons and was not a result of any
disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. On the same day, the board of directors of the Company decided to eliminate the position of Chief Investment Officer and assigned all
functions and authority of Chief Investment Officer to Mr. Zhixiong Huang, who will retain his position as Chief Operating Officer of
the Company.
