P. is now sitting in his $2 Million house in Mississauga smoking a cigar, soon he will be sitting on some con's *ick at Rikers in New York. He has a problem with constipation but I think that will be taken care of once justice is served.

NOTE TO ALL EMBA INVESTORS, Just got off the phone with SEC. They finally called and they said that this COULD indeed be a scam and that from now on, we should go to their website and investigate co.s more in detail. They said that co.s could start a publicly held company w/o being registered with them. They further said that these people will be investigated, but even caught up with, and assets seized, that it could take years for litigation and that we would only see pennies on the dollar. The rest of you can decide for yourselves, but I am probably getting out today. I'll take my "pennies" now. Sorry to tell you all bad news, but I would not ride this to zero. Let it go, invest somewhere else, and BEST of LUCK!

one can only hope somebody takes over this company and does something with it! In one of there PR's they said feb they will be opening up there new building so maybe we will see some sort of life before or begining of feb.

If a conference call was announced and was canceled at the last day you can understand that but then almost 11 weeks without any sign of life - and that the PPS has fallen by nearly 99% and the CEO makes nothing is a shame

My prediction is if you need the money get out now, if not then wait for a P and D and hope to get out breaking even. For me it was extra money that i didnt mind to lose but at the same time didnt want to lose, so iam just waiting it out.

O.K.! Point taken. Now that wehave all had our "lesson" for the day, please allow me to say that when you have had money invested in a particular arena for over a month, the basic idea is to see it move UP, not to move continually downward and thus disappoint the investor. Thank you!
