Further to the announcement on 8 February 2011, Xstrata plc ("Xstrata") and Zanaga Iron Ore Company Limited ("ZIOC") are pleased to announce that Xstrata's acquisition of a 50% plus one share controlling interest in Jumelles Limited has completed.
