Waterlogic Plc (AIM: WTL.L), a leading assembler and global distributor of point-of-use ("POU") drinking water purification and dispensing systems, today announces that pursuant to the Waterlogic PLC Performance Share Plan, Robert Bell, Chief Financial Officer, was conditionally awarded 125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 30 June 2014 and Peter Cohen, Chief Executive Officer - Waterlogic Commercial Division, was conditionally awarded 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 30June 2014. These awards are at nil cost, subject to satisfaction of performance targets over a three year period ending 31 December 2016.
