The Company's 2004 Annual Report was posted to shareholders yesterday.  This
included Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 12 noon on 22 July
2004 at The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.

Accompanying the Annual Report was a circular to shareholders containing Notice
of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held  immediately
following the AGM at the same address, relating to authority for the Company to
make market purchases of its ordinary shares.

A copy of the above documents are available for inspection at Cleary Court,21
St. Swithin's Lane, London, EC4N 8AD from today's date until 30 July 2004.
