           Wynnstay Properties PLC ("Wynnstay" or "the Company")

              Confirmation of Investment Property Disposal



Further to the Company's announcement dated 6 October 2004, concerning exchange
of contracts for the disposal of its freehold office and retail properties in
York Road, Bognor Regis, the Company is pleased to announce that this
transaction was completed today, as scheduled.



As previously reported the properties concerned, which produced a rental income
of #107,000 per annum, were sold for a cash consideration of #1,475,000,
compared with their combined valuation of #1,025,000 at 25 March 2004, thereby
resulting in a surplus of #450,000 before costs and taxation.
