The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its 
Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed by 
shareholders. 
 
Certain of the approved resolutions relate to the proposed listing of the 
Company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("HKEx")(the "HKEx Listing"), including 
the de-listing of the Company's shares from AIM (the "De-Listing") to take place 
at the same time as the HKEx Listing. These resolutions are conditional on the 
HKEx Listing taking place.  Following the passing of the resolutions at the EGM 
the HKEx Listing can take place within a three month period between today and 20 
October 2010.However, it is expected that the earliest possible date that HKEx 
Listing can occur is 6 August 2010. 
 
The earliest expected date of the De-Listing and the HKEx Listing set out above 
is the earliest expected date and is subject to change. The timing of the 
De-Listing is contingent upon the timing of the HKEx Listing, which is subject 
to fulfilment of certain conditions, and theHKEx Listing will occur on the first 
trading day on the HKEx following the last day of trading of the Company's 
shares on AIM. The HKExListing is subject, inter alia, to the HKEx confirming 
that it has no further comments on the prospectus of the Company and granting 
formal listing approval. 
 
The Company will make an appropriate announcement and the final dates of 
De-Listing and HKEx Listing will be announced not less than ten clear business 
days in advance of the relevant date.
